The directory and listed businesses
Aruba Directory helps people discover and contact independent businesses. Public profiles and advertisements provide information and links; they are not an endorsement, certification or guarantee of a business, product or service.
Check important details directly with the business before travelling, booking, ordering or paying. Hours, prices, availability, contact details and services can change. A business is responsible for its own customer arrangements, services, transactions and any terms it offers.
Using the website
Use the directory lawfully and respect other users, businesses and the website’s operation. Do not use it to impersonate a business or another person, publish misleading information, send spam, upload harmful material, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
Accounts and ownership requests
Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. Use an account only where you are authorised to do so. An ownership claim must represent a genuine connection to the business. A claim or submission does not automatically establish ownership, approval or management access; follow the verification and review steps presented by the directory.
Business information and uploaded content
Only submit information, logos, descriptions and photos that you own or are authorised to publish. Make sure public contact details are intended for customers. Do not include private customer records, sensitive personal information or material that infringes another person’s rights.
By submitting content for a listing, you give the directory permission to store, display and format that content as needed to operate and present the listing. You retain any rights you hold in your content. We may review, correct, decline or remove submissions that are inaccurate, unlawful, infringe rights or are unsuitable for the directory.
Corrections and complaints
If a listing contains an error, has closed, duplicates another listing or uses content without permission, contact us with its URL and a clear explanation. Include relevant evidence or the corrected public information where available. Requests may require verification before a change is made.
Advertising and external links
Community advertising is labelled separately from directory content. Advertisements and external links can lead to websites operated by others. Check the relevant provider’s terms and privacy information before sharing information or making a transaction.
Advertising enquiries, placement options and prices are handled separately. Sending an enquiry does not itself confirm a campaign or price. No level of traffic, enquiries or sales is guaranteed.
Website availability and information
We aim to provide a useful directory, but cannot promise that every listing is complete or current, or that the website will always be available without interruption. Features and content can change as the site is maintained. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
