For business owners

Make it easier for people to find your business and contact you. Start with an accurate profile and keep your details useful for customers.

  1. Look for your existing profile

Search the directory using your business name. If a profile already exists, open it rather than creating another listing.

  2. Claim it or add your business

For an existing profile, use its “Claim Listing” or “Own this business?” option and follow the sign-in and verification steps. If there is no existing profile, use Add listing while signed in.

  3. Provide useful, accurate details

Use your business’s public name, an appropriate category, an accurate address and location, and public contact details. Where the form allows them, add your website, opening hours and photos you have permission to publish.

  4. Keep your profile up to date

Use My Listings for the management tools available to your account. Review contact details when your business moves, changes hours or updates its services.

Before you submit

  • Check for an existing listing and avoid duplicates.
  • Use contact information intended for customers.
  • Describe the business clearly without unsupported awards, rankings or guarantees.
  • Only upload content and photos you own or have permission to use.
  • Do not include private customer information or sensitive personal details.

Ownership and review

Submitting a listing or an ownership request does not itself confirm approval or management access. Follow any verification steps shown by the directory. If you cannot connect an existing profile to your account, contact support with its URL and your connection to the business.

Want to promote your business?

Ask about advertising if you are interested in banner placements. Advertising is separate from the accuracy or approval of a business profile.
