The Mansion is the flagship property of the Coco Garden Villas collection, standing as one of the largest and most luxurious private estates in Aruba. Located in the Rooi Santo/Opal area of Noord, this massive 10-bedroom villa is designed to function as a “private resort,” offering complete seclusion while being only minutes from the high-rise hotel district. The estate is famous for its resort-style backyard, which features two heated swimming pools, a water slide, and a man-made sandy beach area with private gazebos. The interior is equally impressive, featuring marble floors, high ceilings, and a configuration that can comfortably host up to 25 guests. It is the premier choice for destination weddings, multi-generational reunions, and corporate retreats seeking a 5-star private environment.
