Refineria di Aruba N.V. (RdA) is a government-owned corporation established in 2016 to serve as the landlord and overseer of Aruba’s refinery and terminal assets. Located in San Nicolas, RdA manages the vast industrial site formerly operated by Coastal and Valero. Rather than refining oil itself, RdA’s primary mission is to manage these strategic assets, monitor compliance with lease agreements, and lead the island’s transition toward a sustainable energy future through the redevelopment of the historic refinery grounds.
