Located at the Paradise Beach Villas near Eagle Beach, The Kitchen Table offers one of Aruba’s most celebrated “chef’s table” experiences. The concept centers on an intimate, communal dining journey where just 16 guests sit around a U-shaped table, watching the chefs prepare a sophisticated 7-to-8 course tasting menu right before their eyes.
The experience is a refined exploration of Aruban and Caribbean cuisine with a modern twist. The evening typically begins with a sunset cocktail on the terrace overlooking the ocean, followed by the interactive dinner where each course is introduced with a story about its origin and preparation. Under the guidance of its culinary team (originally founded by Chef Urvin Croes, now evolved under new leadership often referred to as “The Kitchen Table by White”), the restaurant delivers a gastronomic journey that highlights local ingredients and traditional recipes elevated through fine dining techniques.
