An accurate profile makes it easier for people to recognise your business and contact the right place. Before adding anything, check whether the business already has a directory profile.
Search first
Search for your business name and check any matching profiles. A trading-name variation or an older address may explain an existing result. If you find a duplicate or an outdated record, contact directory support with the URLs.
If a profile already exists
Open the business’s full profile and look for “Own this business?” or “Claim Listing”. Sign in and follow the claim instructions. Explain your connection to the business if asked. An ownership request can require verification or administrator review; submitting it does not immediately grant management access.
If your business is missing
Sign in and use Add listing. Complete the form with the business’s public name, a suitable category, location and customer contact details. Use a clear description and upload only photos or other content you are authorised to publish.
After you have access
Open My Listings to find the tools available to your account. Keep public contact details and opening hours current when your business changes. The form or dashboard will show the actions available for each listing.
When you need help
Contact the directory with the business name, its profile URL and your connection to the business. Do not add another profile simply because an existing one is not yet connected to your account.
