The General Audit Chamber (often referred to in English as the Court of Audit) is an independent High College of State established by the Constitution of Aruba. Its primary mandate is to investigate the efficiency and legitimacy of the country’s revenues and expenditures. As an autonomous watchdog, it ensures that public funds are managed transparently and effectively, reporting its findings directly to Parliament and the Council of Ministers to promote high-quality governance and accountability.
