Profile
Since opening its doors in 2001, Linda’s Dutch PancakesClick to open side panel for more information has become a quiet institution in the Palm Beach area, offering a truly authentic taste of the Netherlands in the Caribbean. Founded by the late Linda and now lovingly operated by her sons, this cozy, family-run spot is famous for its massive, crepe-like Dutch pancakes which can be customized with over 40 different sweet and savory toppings. Unlike the fluffy American variety, these pancakes are large, thin, and often served as a main course for breakfast or lunch.
The atmosphere is relaxed and homely, featuring a breezy outdoor terrace and an indoor dining room decorated with traditional Dutch memorabilia, including an impressive collection of Delft Blue KLM miniature houses. Beyond the pancakes, Linda’s is one of the few places on the island that takes gluten-free dining seriously, offering a dedicated gluten-free batter for their pancakes and even gluten-free pizzas. Whether you are craving a savory Bacon and Apple pancake or a sweet Strawberries and Cream treat, Linda’s offers a “gezellig” (cozy/convivial) start to the day away from the hotel buffets.
