Located at the Blue Residences near Eagle Beach, Infini is an exclusive chef’s table experience created by renowned Aruban Chef Urvin Croes. Following the success of his previous venture, The Kitchen Table, Infini takes the concept of fine dining to a higher level of theatricality and intimacy. The venue is designed around a central open kitchen where just 18 guests sit along a custom-built bar, watching as the culinary team prepares a meticulous 12-course tasting menu right before their eyes.
The culinary philosophy is described as “cuisine without borders,” blending Chef Urvin’s Asian-Caribbean roots with modern French techniques and global influences.
