The Happy Community Initiative (HCI) is a visitor charity program designed to bridge the gap between Aruba’s thriving tourism industry and the social needs of its local community. Founded as a collaboration between CEDE Aruba, the Aruba Timeshare Association (ATSA), and the Aruba Tourism Authority, the initiative allows tourists to “give back” to the island they love. Its primary mission is to support Aruban youth by funding high-quality after-school programs, mentorship, and social support projects.
